The keyless room access was a handy feature, allowing for quick entry without fumbling for a card. The proximity to outdoor attractions meant a breeze getting to nearby venues, making it easy to soak in the local scene.
Valet parking felt chaotic during peak times, with long waits to retrieve or drop off the car. I was surprised to find my room lacked a microwave, making warming leftovers a real hassle. An odd omission considering there was a refrigerator—what's a guy gotta do for a warm snack around here? Lastly, noise from the hallway occasionally disrupted the peace, which can be annoying when you're trying to catch some rest.

The Little Rock Marriott had beautifully decorated common areas, with spacious, well-lit hallways that were easy to navigate, making it a comfortable experience for me as a senior. The staff were exceptionally helpful with my luggage.
More seating in lobby areas would improve comfort.

The spacious guest room offered a welcome stay, though the decor felt dated. Staff at the restaurant provided exceptional service during meals, making dining a highlight. However, the front desk experience was consistently frustrating, with slow check-ins and long lines. Additionally, the concierge lounge lacked amenities like an espresso machine, which felt disappointing for a Marriott establishment.

A Truly Enjoyable Stay with Amazing Dining Options
Had a fantastic time at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, and the scent in the lobby was inviting. Be sure to indulge in the brunch at 'The Corner'—it's delicious! The only hiccup was the signage in the skyway, but overall a great experience for a weekend getaway.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the breathtaking views from our room and the big comfy bed that made us feel right at home. The fitness center and sauna offered some great relaxation after a long day. I did have to ask for extra towels daily, but it didn't ruin our overall experience! 😊

Had an amazing time with friends here. We explored the River Market District and went hiking at Pinnacle Mountain State Park, both a blast! The shuttle to the airport was super convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Just a heads up, valet can get a bit chaotic during busy times, so plan accordingly.
The front desk service was a bit slow during check-in and check-out, which was a little frustrating after long days out exploring.

The valet service provided peace of mind for my vehicle. Additionally, the room's city view from the 16th floor was stunning and added to my overall experience.
While the convenience of the location was excellent, inconsistency in service responsiveness was noticeable.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored the vibrant River Market and enjoyed the sights at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, the valet situation can get a bit chaotic, so plan for delays.
We faced a hassle when checking out early in the morning. The desk clerk was busy with their accounting, causing us a stressful delay. Luckily, they were accommodating when we explained the urgency.

The room was beautiful and the motion detector night light was a cool touch I really liked. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the room didn’t have a microwave, which was a tad inconvenient for snacks. 😊

I really appreciated the quiet floors and the convenience of having a store right in the hotel for essentials. The sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish there was more parking available nearby, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

We had an awesome group trip! The location was perfect for our outings to the local museum and riverfront park. The beds were comfy, and the rooms spacious—ideal for hanging out. Just a heads-up, the valet can get hectic, so be prepared for some wait times. Overall, great experience and highly recommend it!
